OPTIONS FOR SENTENCING
Spencer Recovery Center offers sentencing alternatives
for individuals facing incarceration for drug and alcohol offenses.
Prior to sentencing, Spencer Recovery's treatment team assesses
each patient individually. Throughout treatment, our staff remains
in contact with judges, attorneys, and probation officers, submitting
progress reports as directed by court officials. Spencer Recovery
center staff counselors can make court appearances to provide documents
and detail on client progress for additional fees. Once released,
clients are escorted to our facility by Spencer staff.
